Wednesday 24th – Producers Forum 

The much anticipated return of the Producers Forum is back and we are pleased to announce the following producers who will be joining us for this very special and much loved event.

Alf and Lee Sorbello from Sorbello Heirloom Tomatoes, Speak Creek Dorper lamb from the Flinders Rangers in South Australia, Michelle Morgan from Zokoko ‘The Goddess of Chocolate’ and the Achacha fruit from Northern Queensland.

A great deal at $90 per person for 5 courses including wine – hurry as seats are strictly limited.

Monday 1st & Tuesday 2nd – Regional Wine Dinner

Our next regional wine dinner will feature the cuisine and the very unique wines of Austria, be one of the first to sample the delicious wine varieties of this intriguing region. Including Saint Laurent, Scheurebe, Zweigelt and more.

6 courses including matching wines – $130 per person

Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th – TASTE 2010 Centennial Parklands, SYDNEY

If you love great food and wine then TASTE 2010 is for you. A true celebration of Sydney and its fine restaurants with lots of great producers from around Australia too, Bécasse, Etch and Plan B will again be joining in on the festivities. New Etch Bar there too !!

Monday 15th March – Tour of the Regions Wine Dinner 

In conjunction with the NSW Wine Industry Association, Becasse has again been selected as a venue for the much coveted ‘Tour of Regions Wine Dinner’. Your favourite winemakers will be there to answer all your questions and of course Justin will be on hand to talk all things food. Final list of winemakers to be announced.

4 courses all with matched wine – $160 per person
